Fascism is when the government turns authoritarian socialist but instead of nationalizing businesses (like a full commie state) they allow them to operate but only so long as the operators play ball. Basically the government uses them to run the businesses under government orders.

Watch the movie Schindler's List to see this in action. It's why Schindler had to make a list, he kissed a lot of Nazi butts to stay in business but then the government ordered him to send his Jewish workers to a concentration camp and he didn't want to.

This situation where Biden is ordering Facebook and telecoms to spy on their customers and report them to the government is explicitly fascist.
