Won’t you be my neighbor? You’ll need $2.4 million, though.
During his 2020 campaign, now-President Joe Biden was compared to children’s television figure Mister Rogers — and now you can really be Joe and Jill Biden’s neighbor.
A property next to Biden’s custom-built three-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom Wilmington, Delaware, home was listed Monday for $2.39 million, according to Realtor.com.
Biden, who also owns a Delaware beach house but spent this past holiday weekend at the White House, purchased his Wilmington plot for $350,000 in 1998. The property, including the 6,850-square-foot mansion, is now estimated to be worth at least $2 million, the Wall Street Journal reported.

Even if I had that kind of money no way I would live by him and catch him walking around in a diaper in his yard looking for corn pop. Wonder how he afforded that house on a senator's salary....

Biden’s next residence is the nursing home.

I bought my house for 200k in 1997. The mansion that they built next door is on the market for 2 million. So what?
To: ChicagoConservative27
Buying a place near him would certainly involve a deep background check...as well as constant surveillance. Some time ago I made it a point to drive to the Clinton Crime Family's house in Chappaqua...I drove close enough to see it but got no closer fearing that a SS sniper would pick me off.

Just avoid the tense times of the night, when Hillary is returning home after a bender or the bent one is coming home from a late night gal encounter.

Joe has long believed in putting his money into real estate.
Joe felt that he should not own stock as it would infringe on his ability to regulate corporations.
Joe previously bought a fixer-upper mansion and renovated it.
Joe believes in living lavishly.
My friend Sharon bought a house in Braintree, Massachusetts for $78,000 about 40 years ago and poured money into it before selling it for $600,000 about 20 years ago.

Joe Biden built this Wilmington house in the late ’90s. It is now estimated to be worth $2 million.

This is the house for sale @ 2.34 million.

That might be good advice! ;-)

An inappropriate comparison if ever there was one.

Joe Biden LLC is probably a Delaware Corporation.

He probably inherited it. The Biden family home in the Finger Lakes area of New York was next door to my Aunt’s home (50s, 60s) when Joe was a kid. I think they still own it. I’ve never been in it, but it’s probably like my Aunt’s home (lake front property) with 8 or 9 bedrooms.
