TOLEDO, Ohio — A 17-year-old is dead and 11 others are hurt after a mass shooting in central Toledo early Monday morning.
"We have twelve Toledoans who were shot last night," Toledo Police Chief George Kral said. "Excuse my language — we should be angry."
The first call came in just after 10 on Sunday evening. A person dialed 911, reporting hundreds of people at a Fourth of July block party near Lawrence and Detroit avenues.
Officers didn't respond to the party.

“The (Toledo Police) chief says a total of 80 rounds were fired from multiple guns, but no officers fired theirs.”
Police showed up at the party location while a gun battle ensued, but not one officer apparently fired a round. In this time in our history what police officer is going to use his weapon, and especially at a location where there are lots of blacks!

Officers didn't respond to the party.
Such an interesting line, sitting there all by itself in the article. But it portends really horrible things for Toledo, as more and more people realize that they can have these "parties" and the cops will not show up.
Look for some exciting weekends in Toledo!!!!
