No it's not. DeSantis would be the first person to say life goes on, he's the one if we remember that opened the state when "people were dying of Covid". This article is BS. Trump is respectful, he will probably recognize the people who lost loved ones. You can't shut down the economy because of tragedies, which are plentiful daily.

Feuding with Trump is never a good idea for any rising politician with ambition. He obviously wanted the ‘feud’ to become public, otherwise any disagreements would have happened in a private phone call between him and Trump.
Are they still allowing sporting events, or is the idea to have the state shutdown or something?

The building collapse is a horrible tragedy but I doubt it would interrupt Spring Break and I think this Trump rally is a bit more important than beach parties and drunk twerking.
There are terrible accidents of all sorts every day. Crimes of murder, too, but we don’t bring the Whole Shebang to a halt. I think we’ve had enough of halting.
All said, though, this article just might be more anti-MAGA agitprop so I shall reserve judgement, best I can.
The bottom line here is Trump didn’t cause the condo building to collapse, so while inconvenient to DeSantis the rally should still take place.
