Contractor killed, city worker injured after water tank ruptures in LemooreCheck out last paragraph. Reads to me like SCA's version of OSHA, not Fedzilla's? In either case, since we're talking CA, bet there will be a coverup.
The family of the dead man will either get screwed or paid off depending on whether or not officials can succesfully blame him for everything, and the locals can just embrace the suck.
