Doorley would not confirm nor deny Mayor Warren’s potential involvement in the investigation, including wire-tapping. She had to know with that quantity of drugs, guns, and cash in the house.
Doorley, by the way, is the District Attorney.

I grew up in Rochester, NY. Went to Madison High School which was in the inner-city. Graduated in 1965. There were Singletarys that went there...one girl graduated with me. She was a very sweet person, and had a beautiful personality. Always had a smile on her face. The Chief is 40, so old enough to be one of their kids. My sons are 54 and 50. I wonder if he's related to any of them.

In September, the entire Rochester Police Department (RPD) command staff, including then-Police Chief La’Ron Singletary, resigned over the handling of the case and Warren’s actions...
Following his resignation announcement, Warren fired Singletary...
The former Rochester police chief soon after filed a notice of claim of wrongful and retaliatory termination.
If I resign from a job, it’s pretty difficult to then fire me...and I’m not sure I can file a claim for wrongful termination, given that I resigned.
But then this is a Third World city, so I guess they operate in different ways, using the language differently too...
