Exactly! I work in higher Ed and have seen FAR more false accusations of sexual assault than real rape cases. In all of the false accusations it was because of vengeful, bitter women who knew they could lie with NO consequences whatsoever.

We won't need either of those trades if the left has their way because we won't have access to electricity or running water. What really needs to happen is massive defunding of "higher" education.

On 4 April 2011, the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (Division) of the Department of Education sent out the infamous "Dear Colleague" letter that created this nightmare of administrative 'star chamber' decisions on sexual abuse in all education establishments receiving Federal funding under Title IX. This set a very low standard for these institutions to punish 'offenders' for 'physical acts' that most case law deems insufficient. It was hardly surprising nor did it take much foresight to see that males were almost exclusively the victims in these extra-judicial proceedings!

Now the Biden Administration will ignore the recent case law that clearly showed the bias resulting from this fiasco that was administratively corrected in the Trump years and revert to this dismal swamp of the Obama letter. Any male behaving in a manner that conforms to statutory public law could easily find his adult life crippled or destroyed by an offended companion or friend thereof. Every such institution should be labled "Here be dragons"!
