I really dislike neo-classicalist buildings, but the statists only have one design, and it’s ugly-depressing-stark-utilitarian.

And most or all of the Ivy League architectural deans are very “woke,” it seems to be more important than actual talent.
Brutalism was really developed in Germany and Putin is more post-Soviet than we are.
