Attorneys for Fulton County, Georgia, asked a state court to dismiss a complaint filed against the county in which petitioners sought to unseal 2020 election absentee ballots in search of fraud.
The motion to dismiss, which was filed on Wednesday, argued Garland Favorito and the other plaintiffs never served the county and that the Superior Court of Fulton County lacks jurisdiction in the case......
Democratic Fulton County Commission Chairman Robb Pitts criticized the ballot review following Amero’s ruling.
“It is outrageous that Fulton County continues to be a target of those who cannot accept the results from last year’s election,” Pitts said, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. “The votes have been counted multiple times, including a hand recount, and no evidence of fraud has been found.”

Well, they did recount the printed Fulton County ballots several times.
Never looked for fraudulent ballots, never looked for illegally mass-reprinted ballots nor for tens of thousands of hand-collected ballots from people who never lived in Fulton County at all.
See, actually looking for fraud is NOT ALLOWED since Fulton County is a democrat minority racist county.
You should have watched the hearing back in January where the skeezy Fulton County fronthole mouthpiece spent 2 and half hours of the 3 and a half hour hearing explaining in different ways why no one could look at the public document Fulton County ballots.

Please check. I believe they did a sampling of the ballots, not a full count. Of course an audit would reveal the true nature of the ballots.
Isn’t this the county in which people stayed after closing down the counting area, a fed ballots from under a table multiple times through scanners?
The complaint isn’t about counting, it’s about looking at possibly invalid absentee ballots. Obfuscation much?

If the Georgia Secretary of State is in charge of voting he has the responsibility of enforcing the state’s regulations as to who votes. And eliminate those from voter lists who don’t qualify.
Assign prosecutors to personally canvass and investigate. Check if military actually voted by asking them. Identify all voters by checking on legal age their residency and citizenship. If found they do not qualify charge Illegals including state visitors known as snowbirds also include any technical computer fraudulent Italian programming testimony when presenting to the court and get these election results tossed.
