Four months into her time as vice president, Kamala Harris is still finding her footing in the role.

Harris is seen as a major reason why President Biden won the White House, and she’s considered an heir apparent for the Democratic nomination in 2024 or 2028.

But she has struggled to break through as she juggles an evolving portfolio, adapts to a new staff and builds a relationship with Biden, who has a completely different style than her own.

Her most unique challenge is that the portfolio of genuine VP responsibilities that can be assigned to a Giggling Idiot is quite small.

It’s indeed hard to be VP when you have no executive experience; very limited knowledge of government, military, business/economics, technology, or foreign affairs; no network of contacts, poor management skills; no popular support; etc. Solution: resign and let someone competent have the slot.

Yeah right. She couldn't get 1% in the primaries.

The Constitution makes the office of Vice President pretty insignificant, apart from breaking tie votes in the Senate.

I'd be tempted to say she is the worst person to be Vice President, but she has a lot of competition--Aaron Burr, Spiro Agnew, Al Gore and Joe Biden come to mind. Not to mention Richard Mentor Johnson.

She is eligible! (To be the Prime Ministeress of Jamaica!)

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prime_Minister_of_Jamaica

Prime Minister of Jamaica

opm.gov.jm

“The prime minister of Jamaica is Jamaica’s head of government, currently Andrew Holness. Holness, as leader of the governing Jamaica Labour Party, was sworn in as Prime Minister on 7 September 2020, having been re-elected as a result of the JLP’s landslide victory in the 2020 Jamaican general election. The prime minister is formally appointed into office by the governor general of Jamaica, who
represents Queen Elizabeth II of Jamaica.”

If you can sleep your way to the top (or bottom) in California, I suppose you can do it in Jamaica too!
