They just charged one Tyrone Ross in indy for firing a gun across a crowd street on federal ground during the St George riots last year

Only charge i saw was felon in possession of a firearms

You can’t fire a gun into a crowd of people because you think you saw a flash. Sounds like this idiot probably deserved to be charged.
