Statement by Robert J. Costello on April 28, 2021 (on behalf of Rudy Giuliani) Hunter Biden, Child Porn, FBI, etc.
Rudy Giulianics ^ | 04 28 2021 | Robert J. Costello

Posted on 04/28/2021 11:27:21 PM PDT by yesthatjallen

Rudolph Giuliani has authorized Robert J. Costello to release the following statement regarding the events on April 28, 2021:

The Biden department of justice has completely ignored clear evidence (which the FBI has had for over a year) in texts and emails on Hunter Biden’s hard drive of failing to register numerous times as a foreign agent, child pornography, money laundering, and 30 years of the Biden Crime family taking millions and millions in bribes to sell his public offices.

Instead, the Justice Department decided it was a higher priority to serve (at dawn) search warrants for electronics at the home and law office of former Mayor Rudolph Giuliani.

The search warrants involve only one indication of an alleged incident of failure to register as a foreign agent. Mayor Giuliani has not only denied this allegation, but offered twice in the past two years through his attorney Bob Costello to demonstrate that it is entirely untrue. Twice the offer was rejected by the SDNY by stating that while they were willing to listen to anything Mr. Costello had to say, they would not tell Mr. Giuliani or Mr. Costello, the subject matter they wanted him to address.

This contrasts with multiple proven incidences of failure to file as a foreign agent contained on the Biden hard drive which the FBI and the Department of Justice has ignored. You have not seen the home of Hunter Biden raided by the FBI with search warrants. This behavior of the justice department, enabled by a compliant media, running roughshod over the constitutional rights of anyone involved in, or legally defending, former President Donald J. Trump is becoming the rule, rather than the exception.

It is also a clear example of a corrupt double standard. One for high-level democrats whose blatant crimes are ignored, such as Hilary Clinton, Hunter Biden, Joe Biden, and Republicans who are prominent supporters and defenders of President Trump who, are subjected to false charges and procedures used in the past, if at all, in cases involving terrorists and organized criminals.

The electronics taken are, also, replete with the material covered by the attorney-client privilege and other constitutional privileges. The warrant served on Mr. Giuliani’s law office is another disturbing example of complete disregard for the attorney-client privilege protected by the Sixth Amendment to the Constitution.

Remember the newspaper reports that explained that twice before, the SDNY went to Main Justice to seek permission to obtain a search warrant for Mr. Giuliani’s electronic devices and twice before the request was rejected. What changed? A new Administration – a new Attorney General. Were they ever informed of Mr. Costello’s offer? Was the Judge who signed the search warrant ever informed of Mr. Costello’s offer? We think not.

Twice, Mr. Giuliani’s counsel offered to sit with the SDNY and demonstrate that Mr. Giuliani’s conduct was lawful. It is outrageous that the Trump Derangement Syndrome has gone so far that hatred has driven this unjustified and unethical attack on the United States Attorney and Mayor who did more to reduce crime than virtually any other in American history. Mr. Giuliani respects the law, and he can demonstrate that his conduct as a lawyer and a citizen was absolutely legal and ethical.

Of course, I’m sure you will not be surprised that the FBI left behind the only electronics that contain evidence of crimes, the Hunter Biden hard drives. Mayor Giuliani offered them on several occasions, but the agents steadfastly declined. Keep in mind that the agents could not read the physical hard drives without plugging them in, but they took Mr. Giuliani’s word that the hard drives were copies of Hunter Biden’s hard drive and did not contain anything pertaining to Mr. Giuliani. Think about what that tells you. Their reliance on Mr. Giuliani’s credibility tells you everything you need to know about this case.

This isn’t about TDS — it’s about the criminal takeover of the US govt by Marxist scumbags.

True! This is hell in action... The control they have taken has to be stopped.

Raiding Mayor Giuliani’s home while doing nothing with the Biden’s filthy dirt they are mixed in... Hunting for anything while ignoring the obvious.. We have to get Trump back... A man who has 4 years time to make hay and rid us of the evil rats.

This time I think he will not hesitate to clean house.

You get that strange feeling knowing the way this DOJ operates that
Rudy knew this and was prepared?

They are not after Rudy.

They are after President Trump. They cannot afford to have Trump staying active on the political stage.

They are after Trump.

Remember they said they could go after him once out of office.

I recall saying that Trump and his family needed to go into exile for a while.

“I don’t want to see him impeached,” she said. “I want to see him in prison.” Pelosi’s comments, reported by Politico,

1. Obstruction of justice. Robert Mueller’s decision not to formally charge Trump with obstruction of justice leaned heavily on the Department of Justice’s rule that it cannot charge the president with a crime. But Mueller clearly presented Trump’s behavior as criminal, and more than a thousand former federal prosecutors agreed that the acts cited in the report would be prosecuted as obstruction were Trump not president.

Mueller’s report also noted “a President does not have immunity after he leaves office” and that part of his task was to “preserve the evidence.” This opens a very clear avenue for the Department of Justice to charge Trump with obstruction once his term has ended.

2. Campaign finance violations. Last December, the Department of Justice charged Michael Cohen with campaign finance violations for his role in routing hush money payments to Stormy Daniels. The sentencing document made it clear that the buck did not stop with Cohen. “Cohen himself has now admitted,” it said, “with respect to both payments, he acted in coordination with and at the direction of Individual-1.”

Individual-1 is of course Donald Trump. This branch of the investigation has been spun off to federal prosecutors working out of the Southern District of New York. They too will surely follow the prohibition against charging a president while in office, but this would not protect Trump afterward.

3. Inauguration overcharges. The financing of Trump’s inauguration had several financial curiosities. Some of those involve apparent funding from foreign sources, which is illegal. But the most pertinent issues involve massive overcharging by Trump’s D.C. hotel.

There is a long and fairly detailed paper trail showing that Trump’s inaugural committee knew it was paying Trump’s hotel absurdly inflated costs for room rentals during the inauguration period. We don’t know if Trump himself directed the scheme, and if he did, we don’t know that proof exists. But if so, this would amount to a pretty obvious crime. The U.S. Department of Justice and the Washington D.C. attorney general are both investigating.

4. New York tax fraud. Last fall, the New York Times obtained detailed financial records showing that Trump and his father spent years committing what the paper called outright tax fraud — i.e., a crime. Though the alleged crimes uncovered by the Times occurred too long ago to be prosecuted today, the New York State attorney general is investigating Trump’s finances.

5. Trump Foundation fraud. The Trump Foundation, Trump’s purportedly charitable body, has engaged in a pattern of self-dealing ranging from the petty (paying Donald Trump Jr.’s $7 Boy Scout membership fee) to the grand (refurbishing a fountain next to a Trump hotel). The New York attorney general alleged “a shocking pattern of illegality” and shut down the foundation, but the probe continues.

It would be improper if Pelosi was somehow suggesting Democrats lobby prosecutors to charge Trump once he’s out of office. But there’s no reason to think her comments, which Politico described secondhand, proposed anything of the sort.

Rather, she seemed to reference the simple reality that defeating Trump next year would leave him exposed to criminal investigation. If Democrats believe they need the system to hold Trump accountable above and beyond mere electoral repudiation, the criminal justice system has several promising avenues through which such an outcome might result. There’s a well-justified norm against criminalizing political differences. But it does not apply to a career criminal who happened to be elected president.

“This time I think he will not hesitate to clean house.”

And therein lies the problem.

The “Republicans” demonstrably do not have the fire in the belly to do squat.

They are ALL a bunch of panty waisted p-words who are afraid they may offend someone.

This is provably true by the fact that they allowed the election to be stolen.

With so many copies of it out there, I would have thought that someone would have posted it in its entirety from a server in some third world country.

I have been wondering “why not posted yet?”

Let’s call using law enforcement to crush political dissent for what it is — fascism. The fascist left dominates our society completely, controlling not only the media, academia, Hollywood, big tech and big business in general, but now our intel agencies and law enforcement, with the military well on the way. This is the greatest threat We The People have ever faced.

Because anyone posting it will be arrested on child porn charges, as well anyone that they can trace as having viewed it. I bet they even charge Guiliani with possessing it.

It doesn’t stop with “the Republicans.”
The same can be said of the American citizens, including — especially! — the Republican-voting citizens.
We are doing nothing. All of us.

This is outrageous on so many levels. If we had an opposition party they would have boycotted Biden last night. Since the GOP did not I can only believe they are endorsing another bit of totalitarian thuggery from Democrats. The coup marches on and the GOP is a full participant.

The Republicans are the party of Controlled Opposition.

Their job is to make you think you voted for change, but you didn’t. They don’t change the status quo, because they are the status quo.

You’re the mark.

Flush out your headgear on this. It was ever so.

They aren’t pantywaists either. They worked with the D’s to ensure the election was stolen. Provable truth.

Two parties in DC, Establishment and Populist, not D and R.
