I wonder. I’ve considered their lives and I wouldn’t want that for myself or a loved one for a single second. They may be the star of the show but they are surrounded by leeches who will do anything to keep the star going. I really don’t believe Elvis or Michael Jackson became drug addicted without a lot of pressure from their managers, assistants, publicists, financial managers, etc, etc. to keep going, going, going. Of course, Demi isn’t walking away from the pressure; it’s more like she is seeking attention to keep the show going but I think these entertainers end up feeling they have no control over their schedules, image, money management or needs.

I think for many, perhaps most, it’s more than a feeling, it becomes an undeniable fact! And that drives many of them over the edge and prematurally into the dirt!
