The focus of President Joe Biden’s $2.3 trillion infrastructure bill is allegedly to address aging infrastructure across the country, but the massive bill covers a vast amount of other spending, including money for “diversifying” neighborhoods.
This portion of Biden’s American Jobs Plan would change zoning laws to end single family home neighborhoods and allow for multiple unit “affordable” or low-income rental housing.

We did nothing after they stole the election so they feel empowered to do whatever the hell they want to. Soon conservatives will be taken to Covid-19 detention Centers to be re-educated or die from the virus.

I'm in real estate so I have nothing good to say about low-income tenants. You take a grand old 20-room house and carve it up into units, or do the same on a city scale, and you wind up with people who don't have a stake, don't give a damn, and a crime rate off the charts in a blighted community.
But saying so is racist.
God, I wish I could say I see that as hyperbole.

Zoning is a function of local government, not federal.
However, the carrot is that to obtain the federal dollars, the locals must zone as stipulated by the feds. Pretty crafty, huh!!
My dog and I have two acres and a 2,800 sq. ft. house in an area with one acre minimum zoning. Many of my neighbors have 2 or 3 acres and much larger lakeside houses. Mine’s just in the woods. Dr. Zhivago time’s coming to us.
