This time with link...sorry about the earlier mistake!

Summary: at least 5% of DNR orders in England during the pandemic were established WITHOUT the consent of the patient, a family member, or a medical POA.

Very slippery slope!

“risking a breach of their human rights”

Risking? And just a “breach of human rights”? How about premeditated murder?

I would make sure I found the persons who did that to me and made sure they did not forget my name before they died.

“we have taken decisive action to prevent it from happening”

Translation: “we’ll make sure we don’t get caught next time”

I would never sign a DNR. It’s just an excuse for the hospital to let you die.
They tried to get us to sign one for my FIL. After they gave up, he got the simple antibiotic treatment that let him live another 2 years.

Who here thinks that a nationalized health service ISN’T going to decide who lives and who dies?

Just as I thought. No one.

This policy was put in place in New York State in April 2020, but was quickly changed when the New York Post reported on it:

Socialized medicine at its finest.

The elderly simply cost too much.

Liberlism is a death cult. This is just another example.
