Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) is warning President Joe Biden to clamp down on the uncontrolled migrant inflow at the U.S. border.
“They are rolling up their sleeves and working on this. I think it will get better in the next few months,” Schumer told ABC’s The View on Thursday, adding, “If it doesn’t, I will go to them and say, ‘You’ve got to do better.’ I will be public.”
Schumer is very pro-migration, but has adopted a cautious strategy towards migration legislation since 2014 when Democrats lost five Senate seats after voters punished them for Schumer’s 2013-14 “Gang of Eight” amnesty push. The 2014 loss left Schumer in the minority during all four years of President Donald Trump’s tenure.
Other Democrats are trying to warn Biden and his deputies, who include many pro-migration zealots such as Alejandro Mayorkas, the current secretary at the Department of Homeland Security.
“The problem is, they’re listening to immigrants and activists, which is okay,” Rep. Henry Cuellar (D-TX) told Fox News March 6. The border representative added:
But they’ve got to listen to the local communities, and they’ve got to listen to those men and women in green. Because, first of all, our Border Patrol agents have not been vaccinated, not all of them. we have to get them vaccinated. We’ve got to get our NGOs vaccinated as we’re letting thousands of people [come] in.
Democrats’ concern about Biden’s easy-migration border policies may help explain the slow movement of the their party’s amnesty bills through the House and Senate.

Not really. I should have been clearer. Mexico will invite the UN in to establish refugee camps.It will localize the cartels and free up the rest of Mexico;s government to isolate the cartels into the norder area and its highway approaches.The Mecican government and the cartels are competitors.
The liberal fascists in power here in the USA will support the move. The refugee camps will all be loated on the Mexican side of the border, where they will become permanent security threats to our country.
This is my guess to why the Dems are leaving the border “open.”

Back in the early ‘90’s I joined a local political fight to prevent the local Democrat run government from doing something that would have damaged the value of every home nearby. The Democrats running the show were so corrupt that the then governor publicly threatened legal actions against them if they persisted. (The details aren’t important, so I gloss over them here.) By dent of the fact I was young and energetic I ended up running a successful effort to stop the local planning board. I needed a big turnout for the next planning board meeting. The board directly contacted everyone* except me to tell them personally that the idea for their project had been shelved and they weren’t needed at the meeting. So, I was there by myself and I got mauled. You could sense the glee of the planning board. They passed he measure. The only thing that stopped them was the governor got personally involved.
The point is, Democrats will lie to your face to get what they want. So, never, never believe a Democrat.
* I was confused at the time as to how the planning board got everyone’s home address and phone number. It was an incredibly efficient play on their part. Years later I was riding home from Tallahassee seated next to the Democratic rep from my district. She was surrounded by people who talked to her constantly. One asked me to give up my seat so he wouldn’t have to shout across the aisle. I said I was feeling badly and didn’t want to move. Turns out they were using private detectives for something else. The rep had nothing to do with my political fight, which was long over. But I had the sudden realization as to how they had gotten everyone’s contact information in such a short time. Also, as to how they’d identified the other players, probably using photographs and license plate data taken at previous meetings. The Democrats had an actual intelligence operation with private “agents.” From my limited interaction with the local GOP, the Republicans seem to have nothing to compare to what the Democrats had. It’s as if the Republicans believed government worked as we were taught in civics class and the Democrats were organized like a fifth column with an actual intelligence operation to aid them.
‘Better’ than what? He isn’t doing anything. He says he’s not American enough to stop the foreign invaders. His testicles are too small and “Doctor” Jill keeps them in a lock box.
Chuckie, Joe can’t do better. He doesn’t even know where he is most of the time.
In other words Schumer wants him to stop putting kids in cages.
