The original proposal was $2000. We ended up with $600 (in the combined COVID IV and crapnibus). It was a down payment. Biden is keeping the promise with COVID V, believe it or not, by pushing for the rest of the $2000. Why should we pay an extra $600?

Because he said $2000 checks would go out immediately. Those were his words. I'm not for it either but we should remind the idiots who voted for him that he lied to them so they would elect the Democrats in Georgia. It should be shoved in their face every single day.
