Joe Biden promised that if the Dems won Georgia these $2000 checks would be "out the door on day one."

Where are the arrests for this felonious use of government property in the form of a Federal negotiable instrument--a Treasury check?

And most importantly, where are the $2000 checks promised by "Honest" Joe, the phony-baloney President?
