There is an underlying theme that will be detectable at several levels.
Liberals always believe that “one size fits all”. They have no respect for states rights, the rights of citizens to make their own choices in the marketplace, with masks or, with vaccines.
And now, it is obvious that the citizens are not allowed to be trusted to make choices in the voting booth.
Why should they? With the media at its side if things go well, it’s because of Biden. If it goes poorly, it’s because of Trump and his supporters. If it goes really, really well it’s because of Xi.

Look at New York state as an example, Cuomo and his infinite wisdom basically said if you do a vaccinate anyone not on the approved list it’s $100,000 fine. We saw numerous reports of say a hospital getting 100 doses I was a vaccine, but only 70 people showing up to get vaccinated and because of his rules the other 30 doses were thrown in the trash Instead of being offered to other hospital employees or practically anyone else who wanted one.
Of course, let’s let the government run the vaccine distribution, we all know how well they run things like the post office, VA before Trump, etc.
Biden and the media want him to be the HERO so bad...this is gonna be the narrative from here on in.....
In Connecticut, they were liberals online crying that States like Florida were using existing places where you can get things like the flu shot, including retail pharmacies, doctors offices, etc. Distribute the vaccine by the train professionals that already work there and are close by to the people.
Of course, for whatever reason, that was unacceptable and had a piece of government mandated saying in a giant parking lot where you sit in line in your car for hours we need to get your shot
As I recall, people like Harris and Biden Said the incompetent Trump administration couldn’t get a Vaccine Before the end of 2020 and maybe not even until mid 2021, and even if he did get one they wouldn’t take it now all the sudden loves a vaccine.

The acceptance of front line health care being vaccinated in California may be 50%.
So unless the hospitals have an alternate list of vaccine candidates. They have to dispose of the unused ones.
One DIL got her vaccine and her daughter did due to such a list. She runs an in house day care unit and her daughter has a rare muscular disease. They got calls from their local hospital and received the vaccine.

When incompetent Governors totally fuck it up, President Trump gets blamed for leaving the whole thing up to incompetent Governors. Solution; The Federal Government should have usurped the powers of the states and mandated the vaccination protocols. Who is to blame; Trump
Scenario 2: The Federal Government usurps the powers of the states and mandates the vaccination protocols. The Federal Government totally fucks the whole thing up. Solution; it should have been left up to the Governors of each state, after all, they know what it best for their individual state. Who is to blame; Trump.
