Sadly, imho, Republicans always seem to be a day late & a dollar short. Again, imho, GOP has lacked courage for a long time....some tried to restore....Devin Nunes, Jordan, Hawley, Cruz...and what we have today is the result of their cowardice.
Our basic freedoms are under assault. I, too, am very fearful that we are approaching a time that existed many years ago in another land. At that time, they were fortunate to have the U.S. & U.K. help rescue them...who will now help rescue America?? May God help us.

I know you asked a rhetorical question. Or maybe you’re serious. But I suspect he is the president in name only. I suspect he has been locked out of the White House, never to return. He is probably exiled somewhere in Texas or maybe in fact at Camp David. But for all intents and purposes he is through.

Nope, he sure isn’t. He just happened to be streaming as Trump tweeted from the official POTUS account and as Twitter deleted them in real time. Bizarre and unreal to see!
I was just looking through the live news channels on you tube and checked his out just in time to catch it.

Lookner is a traitor and very much has an agenda. Flipped out on air on the 6th screaming that it was a fair election.
EVERYTHING seems to be going down. Handicapped, ratholed or taken down altogether. Citizen free press has been down all day. Thank God our beloved FR is still up and running, though it makes me wonder how they pick and choose and allow some to remain and some to be throttled. Anyone who thinks we are not now in a civil war, though not hot at the moment, a literal civil war nonetheless, is either blissfully ignorant or a troll.

I see what you mean. I thought you meant this wasn’t an official US Twitter account (POTUS). But I think to some degree or another you are correct about isolation from power. I said yesterday that it wouldn’t surprise me if Trump were removed/resigned before the week is out.
But I hope it doesn’t get to that.
Who's going to prosecute them? In our new fascist state where certain firms friendly to the government are given lots of latitude and preference and others are crushed, Twitter in one of the ones on the 'in'. They have absolutely nothing to fear no matter what they do.

Yes, the NSA and military could take down Twitter at any moment it wants to. The communications can be shut down.
Oh, yeah, he’s flipped where Trump is concerned. Though it was wild to see Trump posting and Twitter deleting in real time on his stream.
A person could take screen shots of the tweets from the video stream.
Going to have to start using a browser again.
