LOS ANGELES (CBSLA) – Actress Dawn Wells, best known for playing Mary Ann on the hit sitcom “Gilligan’s Island,” has died at the age of 82 after becoming infected with COVID-19.

Well that SUCKS..but I doubt it was from covid, she probably had other underlining health issues..you dont die from covid, you die WITH covid

She was interviewed for an online magazine months ago and she’s a proud American. It’s like she was telling us to stay positive and the country will be alright.

Makes one feel old as the stars you watched as a kid die...The oldest I’ve ever felt was watching an interview on TV years ago and they guy was talking to music majors at some college and was asking them about bands...They all knew the Rolling Stones,some knew the Who,A few knew some of the other bands he talked about ,but when it came to the Beatles,none of these music majors had a clue...That day I felt really old.....

Every death is Covid. Nobody dies of anything elseLook at the bright side, they have eradicated the seasonal flu, and reduced heart attacks and pneumonia deaths by 90%.

Tragic! RIP Maryann. Strange days. I would have thought she would die of the flu, pneumonia, or lung cancer like many octogenarians. But since ALL of those ailments have miraculously been cured in 2020, it makes this twice as tragic!
