When and where are the militia rallying that’s what’s needed and required by the constitution. Potus needs to formally call the militia to muster and come to arms. Until a leader calls for the raising of arms it’s all just keyboard commandos venting. The sheep get separated from the goats when a valid and real call to arms goes out by our leader. That’s when we see how many tuff guys show up with their safe queens and tacvests. The Oath Keepers just put a letter out to potus to do just this formally call the unorganized militia to arms and to be organized for battle. It’s time to puss, Sh1t, or get off the pot.

The Justices area of responsibility is the Constitution and stare decisis. They are not responsible for deterring riots. Deterring riots falls to law enforcement and perhaps the military.
