But he is following the “science”
Not only is Cuomo not held to account, he is rewarded for his actions. That’s the galling part.
Has nothing to do with being "quarantined at home". If someone in a home has it, the rest of the people in the home get it, quarantined or not.
I’ll bet the stats are exactly the same for EVERY Socialist Democrat led State, City, Town and Unincorporated Burg.
LIBERATE WISCONSIN! LIBERATE AMERICA!
This was NEVER about public health.
Andy Cuomo made a mistake Friday.
He got out of bed and continued to breath. Too bad.
Cuooomo ruined New York, and so he is eminently qualified for a position in biden’s cabinet.
To reward him for destroying his state, he gets a cushy job in Washington. Get it? Probably figured he wouldn’t get reelected in NY anyway.
Does anyone have the chart?
Gov Tim Walz MN net worth 400 million has been copying CA and NY lockdowns is just as guilty as the other 2 idiots.
what about the elderly he MURDERED????
using FauXi’s murderous virus made for 35 USC 101 reqs??
where is accountability???
when will there be accountability???
Devil’s advocate here, but people are not catching it at home. It has to be brought into the home from somewhere.
Then the home environment isn’t taking precautions like the places outside the home.
Sally comes home from college: suitcase decontaminated before being brought in from the travels, her books, computer, phone? She brings home her dirty laundry...is she washing it or someone else in the home right away? Junior is going to hybrid school twice a week. Is his backpack deconned when he gets home or is he just happy to be out from under the hyper-sanitary conditions at school?
In order for all these people to be getting sick inside the home ...the virus has to be coming into the home some how.
But he kept big stores like Walmart open.
So instead of distributing everybody in hundreds of small businesses we all go to one place. You should close the big centers where hundreds of people congregate.
As usual, the government solution is ass backwards.
The last thing in the world I want to do is defend St. Andrew but that slide should not be the basis of public policy. It is way too high level to draw the conclusions as done in the article. I am not a public heath expert but what can we learn from the data as presented?
First off, the WuFlu is a nasty little bug that is easily transmittable, just like the regular flu and the common cold. We can also gather that home hygiene is far less effective than the measures taking place everywhere else.
If you really want to judge the effectiveness of the lock-down strategy, you must first subtract from the at-home count all but the local patient zero. The real question should be where the person who brought the WuFlu into the household got infected. Then and only then can you draw conclusions as to whether the gym, the hair salon, the grocery store, etc. is where transmission is taking place.
What no, I didn't...
For nothing? He helped greatly expand the scope of the outbreak by moving COVID patients into places where it would spread most rapidly instead of into unused hospital space.
Bob says what far too many people unfortunately do not want to hear.
