@MikeKellyPA’s suit is still pending before the U.S. Supreme Court.

Mark Levin’s view seems to be counter to this thread.
I read that once the votes are certified in PA, the case is moot because the remedy asked for was to stop certification.

It means the states in a cloud of fraud are not restricted from following their process and timelines.
In my opinion, I think that theTexas lawsuit will cleanly accomplish in one fell swoop the election winner. They will decide it based on undisputed facts and the law and not have to deal multiple cases and disputed facts.

What is mark levin saying?
Yeah. He is down on this. He said they missed there big chance to do something. He don’t expect them to do anything in the Texas case either. He acts like it’s over. But said he could be wrong. I wondered if they saw the Texas case so since it includes PA they can rule on all the states at once. Who knows at this point. I do think they are afraid to get involved. But the way I see it, if they are worried about the Supreme Court getting packed then they better do something to stop them. They have to know and see them cheating right in there faces and they are breaking the constitution. So they could easily do there jobs here. At least make the state legislatures decide.

I already knew that. Levin is a blowhard and changes scales when it suits him and his advertisers.
