Republican Claudia Tenney is currently leading incumbent Rep. Anthony Brindisi by a dozen votes.
Then suddenly & miraculously Chenago County “discovered” 55 uncounted ballots nearly FOUR WEEKS AFTER THE ELECTION.

The Republican Tenny had led the Democrat incumbent by more than 28,000 votes after early and in-person voting and that lead has gone down to just 12 votes.

“Chenango County Attorney Alan Gordon wrote a letter to State Supreme Court Justice Scott DelConte dated December 1, informing the judge the Chenango County Board of Elections found 55 early voting ballots which to this date had not been accounted for.
Gordon says of those 55 newly-discovered ballots, 44 are countable and 11 are not, because those 11 voters were not registered.
In the letter, Gordon asked DelConte how the county should proceed with the canvassing of these additional ballots. No word on a response from the judge at this point.”

Then the ballot fairy magically appears.....
So if 11 out of 55 absentee ballots are deemed ineligible (20%), then what % of other absentee ballots in this district should be ineligible?
And what % were originally counted as ineligible?
This is another of the elections where a judge has taken it upon himself to pull the Dem over the finish line.

The local republicans need to ‘discover’ another 100 ballots, all marked for the republican and no one else.
Then haul these election ‘judges’ out to the tar and feathers, and a rail ride to a rope.
But that’s up to the local citizens, and apparently they’re OK with the commies stealing the election. Otherwise they would stop it in the only way it can be stopped now, since they stayed seated for so many decades while the communists took over.
This is why everybody hates democRATS. They can't win unless they cheat. And they can't even cheat without making it obvious.

Totally agree. The local GOP needs to find 300 ballots and win. At this point the morality of doing such a thing is not even in question.
The news outlets should be publicly asking why the mistakes (fraud) only goes one way.
1. If there is this much fraud, does this mean the democrats are even MORE of a minority than first thought?
2. you can’t fake a majority population.
Chenango election officials confirmed a breakdown of the 55 ballot party affiliations. This is not how they voted, just how they’re registered.
Of the 44 “countable” ballots, 21 are likely pro-Tenney, 12 likely pro-Brindisi.
How did the “good votes” wind up in a pile of “unregistered” votes. It would seem there is something wrong with ALL of them...if 11 were easily deemed “void”.

Just to give you a bit of perspective on this sordid mess, First, all votes cast in person were done on Dominion servers. Second, Claudia led by 20,000+ on Election night. ‘Nuff said.

And she lost her seat to Brindisi in 2018 by less than 1%. She got screwed then too.
The 11 were from unregistered voters. Which I wonder how they got a hold of those.
During this election cycle, I would like to read at least once a report of this type of criminal election incompetence being suitably punished.
Just. Once.
