Consider that 85% of people who have gotten COVID-19 faithfully wore masks.

What bothers me about mask orders is that states never tell people to wash their masks at least once daily, or to consider taking vitamins D3 and C to fight COVID-19 and flu in my non-medical opinion.

The question is, are masks actually helping to spread the virus?

I think I stated I didn’t want to catch “anything”. I have not had the flu in 25 or 30 years but upper respiratory fairly frequently. We take D3, K2, Quercitin, Tumeric, Super B, and C everyday.

I think the masks and staying 6 ft away from people in stores is helpful.
