Vice President Joe Biden pointedly declined Friday night to declare victory in the overtime 2020 election, instead urging Americans to be patient until vote counting ends and to begin to "put the anger and demonization behind us."
But he did tell Americans that if he wins he believes voters have given him a mandate to address issues from climate change to racial justice.

Obama had ladies fainting, school children singing songs the teachers wrote for them to sing to him. Huge crowds all around the world just to see him talk. And he is saying he got a bigger following than Obama had? I wonder how Obambi feels about that. laf.
In 2008, Barack Obama earned 69,498,516 votes in the presidential election, the most ever. Now, Mr. Obama’s former vice president, Democratic nominee Joe Biden, has surpassed that tally, with a record 72,263,868 votes (50.4% of the total), and counting, in the 2020 election.
He knows they've been caught. Declaring victory at this point makes him complicit. He hedged because of what Sidney Powell said on Lou Dobbs show.
I wouldn't be surprised if he concedes soon.
