Speaking during an update on ballot counting Friday afternoon, Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney declared former Vice President Joe Biden the winner of the 2020 presidential election, despite other officials saying vote counting is not finalized.
"I think what the President needs to do is to frankly put his big boy pants on. He needs to acknowledge the fact that he lost and he needs to congratulate the winner, Kenney said.

Given Philadelphia's blocking of Trump officials from properly overseeing vote counting (despite a court order), city ballot counters wearing "Biden/Harris" face masks, a history of notorious voter fraud and overall lack of transparency from officials, there are serious questions about fairness and impartiality.
Philly mayor Jim Kenney just said at press conference in vote count that the President needs to "put his big boy pants on" and admit he lost. This is supposed to give us confidence in Philadelphia's impartiality? Marc Thiessen (@marcthiessen) November 6, 2020
The fact that Philadelphia election officials can't 1) say how many segregated ballots there are at this point b) are saying Trump has lost while also saying they are still counting votes...
Is one of many reasons there is so much rightful skepticism about the process in Philly. Katie Pavlich (@KatiePavlich) November 6, 2020
Not to mention, Mayor Kenney isn't the first Philadelphia or Pennsylvania official to declare Biden the winner before the votes are counted. Before Election Day, Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro did the same.
If all the votes are added up in PA, Trump is going to lose. Thats why hes working overtime to subtract as many votes as possible from this process.
For the record, hes 0-6 against us in court. Weve protected voting rights. Now, ignore the noisevote!https://t.co/mN8t6TDud7 Josh Shapiro (@JoshShapiroPA) October 31, 2020
There are at least 40,000 ballot that remain uncounted in Pennsylvania. Officials say it could take days to get to a final vote total.
Exactly
That's quite in character for him.
sounds like the mayor is beginning to sweat ....particularly once his role in this Constitutional fiasco becomes manifest
Exactly
That's what an honest poll worker would do...
The party about to lose the election by razor thin margins in the 11th hour in several states has asked for protection against vote fraud for decades.
The party about to win the election by razor thin margins in the 11th hour insisted vote fraud was rare, isolated and fought increased protections against fraud.
Whether or not the election is skewed by fraud, anyone unwilling to understand why the aggrieved party is skeptical and frustrated is acting in bad faith.

Looks like he would be a successful used car salesman but he has been a Philly Pol for the past 28 years, 23 on City Council, Mayor sine 2015.
He’s a big mouth, political hack who deserves a swift hard kick in the suffarcass. (*** In memory and honor of Philly radio talk show host Irv Homer).
As an elected official, he is to be nowhere near the counting process.
Kenny is pure grade A scumbag.
You cannot trust the election process when traitors like the Demonicrats are in charge.

Jim Kenney needs cement pants.
I’d like to cram my big girl panties on his head for saying that. I really detest snide people posing as white saviors.
Hillary Clinton didn’t concede. The “smartest woman in the world” didn’t have it in her.
If Trump lost this election fair-and-square, I think he’d be unhesitating and unstinting in congratulating the victor.
Zackly.
Noting that the states have never expressly constitutionally given ordinary citizens the specific power to vote for POTUS like they have for Congress, the 17th Amendment (17A) a big mistake imo, the problem is not the voting process but the lawless, power-hungry Democrats counting the votes imo.
In fact, corrupt Democrats and RINOs have cunningly used the ill-conceived 17A to politically repeal the Constitutions Article V amendment process, misguided, constitutionally low-information citizens unthinkingly using their 17A voting power to foster constitutionally indefensible federal spending programs imo.
I think Trump should arrest the entire philly government and election workers. And sweat em good. This is open rebellion.
Kenny is a little limp-wristed coward, backed up by a Soros-funded, Marxist-dictator wannabee DA, Krasnar (who won’t prosecute Phila. rioters and street thugs posing as ‘peaceful protestors’.
Corruption has always run deep in “The City of Brotherly Love”, now AKA “The City of Bloody Love”. And the people of Philly are too stupid to understand how they are wrecking their own city, losing their lives to the “street”, and that fact that they keep electing the same old corrupt, Marxist, racist, anti-American politicians.
I lived in Philly for 4 years in the mid-60’s. Corruption was minimal and both political parties vied to help fix a failing city (Dilworth, Rizzo, etc).
Now it is a one party, semi-Marxist, mafia style city with a totally corrupt leadership who don’t care about the people because they know that the “sheeple” will still vote for them and their fake promises of reform and safety.
Right now the “ghosts of our founding fathers” are crying inside Independence Hall. If the Dems have their way, it will be renamed “Dependence Hall” as in “keep them darkies down on the plantation of non-delivered promises”.
I feel sorry for the decent people of Philly that I knew, the working class, white and black, the prey of the criminals and politicians alike.
I’ve only been back to Philly once since the 60’s and what I saw almost made me cry - trash, slums where there never were any, illegals, criminals, destitution.
As Obama once said about his Marxist, racist programs, “Yes we did”! Philadelphia is proof of that.
I second this observation. I've been warning my peers at work about this.
