Why? Saagar is the real deal, a Tucker Carlsonish populist cultural conservative (who simply calls balls and strikes, no water carrying), not a meely mouthed libertarian like Lee or Paul. That’s the future of the party. “Movement conservatism” is dead.

I just couldn’t get past his first minute. He lost me with his first five sentences. With those few sentences he lost all credibility with me.

Me too. Trump has done nothing but keep his promises.

Fair enough. I would counter that just because he’s pessimistic on the election doesn’t mean he’s wrong on the policy prescriptions. He still WANTS Trump to win and he wants to be wrong, but he is frustrated with him taking advice from Mcconnell and the economic libertarian wing who have never believed in his message or vision for the country. We don’t need cheerleaders in the form of our journalists, we need truth tellers who lay their cards on the table even if they end up being wrong about this election.

I would agree with you if he were a party activist or political leader, but he’s not. Right or wrong, he has to give his best assessment of what he thinks is going to happen based on the best available evidence. Obviously, we still have a shot
We would have a better shot if Trump would’ve sacked Kudlow and Laffer and pushed for a large stimulus (which is what he wants). This should not be a close election.

And to the GOP-e for all the “help” they gave him in the last 4 years.
The Bush Family has joined the Kennedy and Clinton Family on the trash heap of history.

It will be a middle finger to the establishment, even moreso than 16...

And I have a load of fireworks ready to set off once Trump is declared the winner on election night... no matter how late.. just to throw a middle finger at the smug left wingers in my neighborhood.

Total Fail.

What planet Utopia houses these brain types? No critical thinking skills in sight.

The reveal is they are Not conservative, not Christian, not pro-America, not pro-freedom, definitely not capitalists, but of the “Equal Outcomes” variety, like, oh, say... the Con-Kamala-the-Comrade variety.

Their swamp tactical-talk is at minimum, straight out of the RINO pout book, chapter and verse the McCain-Paul Ryan-Mitsy Romney visceral butt hurt, green eyed bitterness and no small part, terror of Trump.

McCain is dead, Ryan is long Gone and Romney stands alone with his dress over his head trying to look media fashionable, by DC standards.

We Have It All.

Wait for it.

The Bush\Ryan GOP hasn’t gone anywhere they are waiting out the Trump era like they did the Reagan era. They infest the GOP at the state and local levels in many cases. They are the country club elites who disdain rubbing elbows with conservatives every election cycle. We are the interlopers in their party, its their party the way they see it. Trump wins or loses and they slither back into their positions and let the $$$ flow again.

There are Freepers who will be right there with their brethren in with their beloved party preaching how you are beholding to vote for their putrid Bush Republicans and you will be called a traitor, helping the Democrats and a purist for daring to question their beloved Parties candidates credibility. Never mind they during Trump they were as nasty and disloyal as any Democrat. If Trump wants to change the GOP he needs to fire every single RNC employee from the national to every state party position down to janitor. These elites are not going to change. I really look at Trump as the last GOP president.

Trump has already changed the Republican Party

Donald Trump is the de facto leader of a Republican party that he transformed. He has all but a handful of Republican Senators voting as a block for legislation they have carefully crafted. He has Republicans in the House unanimously supporting the Republican part line with no defectors.

If you had eyes you would see tens of thousands responding to his invitation to join rallies that are actual Republican voter events.

To think otherwise is foolish antirepublican bigotry

When, and not if Trump wins, he ought to fire everyone who is working for the federal government who has recieved a college degree, in the last 15 years. A recent college degree, facially, is proof that you have been propagandized and are a national security threat.

Haha, that might be a little too narrow a criteria for me, but I agree with the general sentiment.
