But AI is nowhere near able to handle it — create an air-tight censorship barrier — at present. I'm not saying it won't be in the future, but then again AI-based countermeasures will probably also emerge at roughly the same rate.
It all depends upon the degree of determination of the owners of Fakebook and Twatter. If they are really, really determined to stop all news about this from being disseminated over their systems, they will have to pay large numbers of (cheap) eyeballs to do it, like the big ratings agencies do now with eyeballs in India.
Based on what's coming out about this mega-scandal, they won't be able to do it. It's too late, horse is out of the barn.
