Appears that Joe has lost at least a portion of Fox....Mike Emanuel is the Chief Congressional Correspondent and a former White House Correspondent for Fox News Channel.
As I said before, these people are not geniuses but they know very well not to be on record explicitly arranging any quid pro quo. B/Hillary did this for ages with the foundation and I hear that much of the swamp is very practiced at this, even lower level bureaucrats garnering favors from the press for information. Selling out your country to foreign interests for your personal benefit is most heinous of all though.

These messages were on WhatsApp, not SMS....which is why there is a record of them.

However, in the absence of such an explicit, signed, and notarized email, I'm afraid all Democrats will have to be declared innocent because there is a reasonable doubt that they might not be guilty. Unless you have an email like the one suggested above.
