So how do we know these people aren’t voting twice?

I asked the clerk when I voted in our county courthouse for 2 ballots for my dogs in the van. . . she smiled.

In my county they check every ballot against the voter rolls.
If you vote twice they send the DA to knock on your door.
At least that’s what our county clerk/recorder said.
The mileage in your county may vary.

The article is wrong, you should bring the spoiled ballot to the voting place to be officially spoiled.

In GA an individual can go online and track the status of their ballot. IF someone did mail in their ballot but it does not show “accepted “ and they are nervous about it, they can come to any early voting location in their county, cancel that mail in ballot, and vote in person right then.
