Fall weather has fallen here; we went from 80 degrees a week ago to more mild, typical 60ish temps since then.

No big news to report otherwise, however one of the weather services and the Farmer's Almanac predict our first snow will be on Nov. 5th....NOooooooooooo...

Think about that for a moment. The electrical energy typically 220 vac at perhaps 200 amp (mine, your's is likely less). If something goes wrong the amount of energy if the main fuse/breaker doesn't blow (extremely rare), it's only less than 500 kw, it would likely kill you if you were in line, cause a fire perhaps but not blow the house into the next neighborhood.

Same is true with the natural gas flowing into your house at something like 5-10 psi. At that rate it takes 5-10 hours of a gas leak to accumulate enough energy to cause a catastrophic explosion that destroys the house.

Compare that with Biden's idea of building up and storing 5 days energy use and storing it in your basement. Bombs all over the place. Stupid.
