Almost immediately after news of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg's death, some verified Twitter users threatened arson and apparent violence in order to block Republicans from replacing her before the elections.

Threatening to burn down Congress is a terrorist threat and a crime and should be treated as such.
There was never a reason to wait for the election to make the nomination and go for confirmation. With these threats, add one more reason to not wait.
Depends which side. Republican side ? Media doesn’t care. Demonrat side ? Terroristic threat to the media.
