Crump is the new scummy attorney to replace the race hustlers Rev. Jacskon and Shaprton.

So the officer saw her, knew she had warrants, went to arrest her and she dedicated to fight, steal the taser and use it on the officer who returned fire. These are the heroes of BLM to Crump & Co.

Yeah, he should have let her kill him as part of her therapy.

>>Turner resisted arrest and was able to get hold of Delacruz’s Taser and shock him with it

It is considered a deadly weapon when you incapacitate a police officer with it because you can take his firearm.

>>”I think these days it’s important to have someone trained positions to de-escalate situations like this.”

Criminally insane is criminally insane. If you cannot be held accountable for your actions because you are criminally insane, you should have a legal guardian with you at all times or be locked up for own safety and the safety of others.

Lock up the loonies. Same is true of people who rampage kill who were on meds that made them pass for normal, until they didn’t.

Resisting arrest, fought with him, stole his taser and shot him with it and she’s not aggressive...Right...

Got it...

Going by what little I know about this attorney, Crump, I’m also betting she was not screaming for HER life, she was screaming for HIS...

Trae The Truth?
What the heck kind of name is that?
And he thinks the officer should be charged with murder?
The officer shouldn't be charged with sh*t.
Pure self defense

So, I can resist arrest, and tase an officer...and then be angry when the cops react.

Got it.

We are living in Bizzaro world. (And this is in Texas.) What the hell is wrong with the Grand Jury system there?

Harris County - ALL you have to know. The Grand Jury was probably 26 carbon copies of the perp.

Here in Coryell County he would have gotten a medal.

Big city cops should just quit. Walk away. Work in a community that appreciates you and where the DA, mayor, and chief of police have the officers’ backs. This is insane.

“Turner’s family said she suffered from mental illness.”

Turner’s family is guilty of neglect for not having her wear the yellow striped public warning vest that would alert the public, police and medical personnel that she was a mental case and extremely dangerous. She then could have been tranquilized safely from a distance.

Jury nullification. No matter what case they put on all we need is one person to vote not guilty. Just like OJ

It is hard to understand the DA’s conclusion without seeing the Texas Ranger report.

Somehow I doubt they would sign on to prosecution.

I live in Baytown. Even the 2-3 cops that were with De La Cruz were shocked that he shot the woman; and SIX times?

If convicted, he faces 5 years to life. Because he’s a cop, my guess is 5-10 years; and, I suspect he will get an early release because he’s a cop.

He is guilty as hell.

The DA is a subsidary of George Soros. Only cost him $511,000.00

Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg as I seem to recall is one of George Soros many new ‘progressive’ District Attorneys he is backing and paying for.
