Federal judge rules Gov. Wolf’s shutdown orders were unconstitutional
A federal judge in Pittsburgh on Monday found that orders issued by Gov. Tom Wolf restricting the size of gatherings and closing non-essential businesses to protect against the spread of covid-19 were unconstitutional.

The scary thing is that it’s undeniable that these orders violated the 1st. and 14th. Amendments, which is basically what the judge ruled here.
A Roberts sellout at SCOTUS could produce a back-door invalidation of both.
This Trump judge is 41 years old and deserves to have his name added to the Supreme Court list, for this decision alone.
I expect the State’s 3:30 presser to be a lot of whiny foot-stomping about the “Trump judge” and this all being political.

Democrat governors will be paying attention as these rulings make their way up to the supreme court.
Mandatory masks, flu testing,vaccine and Influenza-Free passport coming?
After all flu virus has not been eradicated yet. And how about widespread Rhinitis virus (common cold) that is expected to skyrocket I’m positive tests over the winter. We cannot be a caring nation of we submit our elderly and immune compromised citizens to exposure to such menacing infections so let’s stay home and shut up. Again.
Which will be next? Michigan? New York ? California? So many possibilities and so little time.
Or...that if you’re counting on Roberts to rule in a constitutionality sound manner, you’re taking your chances. Flip a coin.

I would buy tickets to any of the four PA Horsesassmen of the ***pocalypse doing a Budd. That would be: Wolf, Levine, Shapiro and Pfefferman. Maybe they would all do it. At the same time. In drag. To music. I’ll let others call the tune.

I have long thought that if a Federal investigation into taking the mom out a nursing home got going Levine might go the Budd route.

They’ll undoubtedly claim that because it’s a Federal court, the Feds are responsible for the payment.
