You do understand that the president doesnt and cant legally jump into every wrong situation out there. The system has become infected and a great many parts of it are rotten. That rot needs to be cut out, but it requires a broad range of involvement, from the citizen voter up to the law enforcement and elected officials who swore oaths to the constitution. This is a case that eventually, if properly pursued, will set a precedent for freedom of speech, religion, assembly, and association. Having the executive intervene does not make the cure long lasting or broad sweeping.
The President cannot reverse a Judicial ruling, only a judge can.
