Joe Biden’s former White House stenographer said the vice president’s public speaking ability has deteriorated significantly since leaving office to the point where he’s "not the same Joe Biden."
"It is a complete difference from what he was in 2017," Mike McCormick, who worked as a White House stenographer for 15 years and with Biden from 2011 to 2017, told the Washington Free Beacon in an interview. "He’s lost a step and he doesn’t seem to have the same mental acuity as he did four years ago."
"He doesn’t have the energy, he doesn’t have the pace of his speaking," McCormick said. "He’s a different guy."

it’s going away exponentially. You can almost see the change, week to week. That is how it happens. It drops exponentially. Just wait until the debates. The moderators will have to ask him questions like, “Do you like pudding, or jello best?” And even then they may get a rambling or incohesive answer.

This speaks to why I honestly believe there will be no presidential debates. As far as the democrats are concerned, it simply cannot happen. If necessary, they’ll do their version of the Rainman when an attempt is made to put him on a plane.

Let’s face it, at this point, the old bastard’s only dimly aware of his own existence.
Another thing I find interesting is that Joe seems to have lost what personality he had. Whether one liked that personality or not is not the point. He doesn’t seem to be the same person.
Perhaps handlers are cautioning him to stop revealing that personality. That’s possible in a presidential race and all we see are a few snippets here and there. But I wonder if his dementia is causing him to move into survival mode and is starting to shut off his personality.
And we must remember that his “diminished mental activity” didn’t exactly start from even a “normal” measure.
The man is and always was a dumb*ss.
Which is why he made such a great Democrat senator.

This is completely obvious to ANYONE who watches and listens to Biden. The media won't touch this but you need only watch the most recent comments from him to have this made clear. Steve Hilton played a soundbite last night, Joe is not well.

“Objective and fair” Moderator: “Mr. Biden, can you confirm that you were the greatest Vice President in the history of the country?”
Sleepy Joe: “Well, uh, the other Biden, well we met in committee until, uh, you know, the thing—could you repeat the question, please?”
