Probably not very many. But the Hong Kong flu killed between one and four million around the world in 1968-1969. The Asian flu killed at least a million in 1957. Of course the Spanish Flu of 1918-1920 took about around 50 million. So by equating the Wuhan flu with past outbreaks you’re admitting it’s not really any different.
