August Was 8th Consecutive Month of Record Firearm Background Checks

August 2020 was the eighth consecutive month of record background checks for gun sales and transfers.

FBI figures show 3,115,063 National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) checks were performed in August 2020, shattering the previous August record of 2,366,824.

On August 3, 2020, Breitbart News reported every month, January 2020 through July 2020, set a record. In other words, there were more NICS checks in January 2020 than in any January ever, and more NICS checks in February 2020 than in any February ever. March 2020 set the record for March, April 2020 for April, and so on, all the way through July.

Unfortunately, I don't think that all those purchases are by 2nd Amendment supporters - the other side has finally figured out that not bringing a gun to a gun fight is a losing proposition.

They're slow learners, but they figured this one out.

The up side, if you want to call it that, is these goofs BELIEVE that TV doesn't lie to them.
After all, how hard can it be to operate a gun? Any Conservative does it, and it takes them years to get good at it. A Leftist, who is MUCH smarter than any Deplorable, will be able to pick it up in a few days, in the middle of a fire fight.

Recall also, that anyone who actually enlists in the Air Force is too stupid to go to college and study Gender. Army and Marines? Pullease! It's a given that they are retarded. They take that silly Oath thing seriously. How can they POSSIBLY compete with a Social Justice Warrior, who understands the true Meaning of Wokeness?

I saw a movie where a woman picked up an empty gun, for the first time, and killed the Bad Guy, with one shot, at the other end of the alley, a good 200 yards, from the hip, first round, with her eyes squinched shut.
