The IRA used a much easier method - electric drill to the kneecap. Wake them up after they pass out, and then drill the same hole with a larger bit.

I like the way you think, but I’m convinced the intelligence and investigative agencies already know exactly which individuals and subversive organizations are bankrolling the terrorists. And after the election I think we’re going to see a President on the warpath against the domestic terrorists, their funding sources, and the media, and the Deep State obstructionists.
