they should be interrogated, their phones should be seized, all their computers, everything. They didn’t get the vehicles, equipment, and pay for all their travel expenses themselves. Find out who is paying them, and then arrest and charge that person with conspiracy to incite riots.
and then find out who is behind the funding, how are they funded, how do they organise ?
