“How can the Democrat Party ask to lead our country when it spends so much time tearing down our country?”

A good question. Waiting for an answer....

My take as well. The Democrats have been going scorched earth ever since the night he was elected.

They just didn’t expect an actual fighter with an R after his name. Let’s be frank, if any other R was president, as soon as that Blasey Ford nonsense about high school came out, Kavanaugh’s name would have been withdrawn.

We’re in for a hellofa two months. The democrats have nothing left but scorched earth. You think the Kyle thing was a big deal, I don’t think you’ve seen anything yet.

I wrote this elsewhere. If Biden won’t campaign or even debate Trump, how in the wild world of sports will he negotiate with bad hombres foreign and domestic? Will he do it via Zoom? Send the Secretary of the Interior to talk with whoever is leading NK? Send the 3D printed Joe?

Speech was great. Hard hitting but on the money.

The soloist’s performance at the end was unforgettable. Who was the soloist?

My concern is that you can lead a horse to water but you can’t make them drink. The GOP seems resistant to all attempts to instill courage and resolve in the organization.

The left was also screaming about masks and social distancing where Trump was speaking but didn’t say a word about the rioters outside the WH.

How about the John Lewis funeral last month? Clinton, Obama, and Bush all spoke to a crowd that was not social distancing or masked up in an enclosed area? My brother-in-law died almost 6 months ago... we still have not been allowed to hold services for him and instead of hundreds of people we would be looking at a few dozen. But in our state despite allowing criminals to do whatever they want with no penalties, law abiding tax payers can face huge repercussions for any gathering with more than 5 people. The hypocrisy burns.

>>“Trump threw so many punches at his opponent that, had it been a real heavyweight boxing match, the referee would have stopped it in the middle rounds out of mercy.”

And DOWN goes Biden!

Trump was fantastic!

He's on fire all right, but he's only fighting fire with fire.

The Democrats have been scorching the earth of America figuratively since 2016 and literally in 2020.

I agree. The speech was well-organized, broad in scope and effective. It must have galled the so-called journalist Chris Wallace to concede that the President had many memorable quotes. To undercut this, Wallace just had to say he thought the speech was flat, a comment echoed by Brit Hume. Unspoken by anyone was that Biden would not have been capable of standing on his feet before a live crowd and a national audience to give a coherent 70 minute speech. Even if contained on a Teleprompter, Biden’s words would have descended into gibberish.

Scorched earth? LOL. I loved the speech but Trump was practically tip toeing through the tulips and trying not to scare all the Karens.

“And take a look at Biden’s eyes. There’s nothing behind them.”

I had a dog that went senile and I’d often find her staring at a light vacantly for up to 10 minutes at a time. That look in Joe Biden’s eyes reminds me of that poor dog’s vacant stare.

I feel your pain. My mother died on March 10, and we still have not been allowed to bury her for the same reasons. I live in the PRW (Peoples Republic of Washington).

The whole thing makes me wonder if that might be the reason the Dems are pushing Dementia Joe so hard — because they KNOW he’ll be gone very soon, leaving the way clear for their anti-white, anti-American, anti-God, anti-law darling.

I think he was giving Ivanka some camera face time. She, no doubt, has aspirations of holding office, someday.
I, personally, won’t back her, unless she begins to exhibit a lot more Conservative values. I fear she’s a lefty at heart.
