Oh. Do tell when Freightliner was based in Detroit, as opposed to Portland OR.

All the businesses listed spawned this movement and helped it thrive. Now they want to move elsewhere and bring their filthy politics with them.

So that’s the main business of Daimler that the article was referring to. Sad that they have been owned by that company since 1981.
Most trucks I see on the highways by me are either Freightliner or Volvo. Others such as Kenworth, Peterbilt, even International et cetera are way fewer than those two big ones.

Infiltrate and gain control of big business.
Communist goal #37
Spreading the devastation of their politics is exactly what they plan on doing.

You can base you city’s economy almost exclusively on federal handouts, looting of neighboring communities, shake downs of corporations, and drug dealing. There are hollowed out towns like that today. Being a Democrat mayor in such a town puts you at the top of the food chain.

My point is that Freightliner can move there Design & Engineering Headquarters to Detroit from Swan Island Portland , OR.
I worked there in 92-94 designing the Long, and Medium Hood Assemblies.Sad to see Portland having these problems. Beautiful city, and state.

I re-watched that movie right when COVID started... made me think... of course, the riots I expected I thought would come from logistic supplies disruption ... not BLM... YIKES !

On the brighter side, with all the businesses leaving, the cost for creating shelter space for the junkies and bums will go down
