We wrote about the social-media-created “story” claiming Trump is attacking the USPS (and thus “denying the vote” to minorities, blacks, inner city, democrats) last week. Yes, and then the media reported on the social media stories, and Pelosi’s democrat congressmen reliably syat talking about emergency legislation and hearings - which deliberately! - keeps the topic in the news.
USPS volume is now half of what is was 15 years ago. USPS revenue/expenses ratio is even worse as it’s pension debt increases.
PIGLOSI: “Support the postal system, which is election central.....do not let the President
deter anybody from voting. They’re doing everything they can, to suppress the vote — to scare people,
to intimidate by saying law enforcement will be there, to diminish the role of the postal system in all of this.”
