You can bet that his questioners are pouring over his interview in an effort to find something for which he can be charged.
I would also suggest that it may be that he is not a target in regard to the specific topic that required Friday's meeting and that it is very likely that there are other investigations involving Brennan taking place in parallel to this one.
Remember Brennan has several companies involved with the government and I suspect they are being examines carefully. He was involved in many things that merit a looksee by the feds.
I would think that an EIGHT hour interview with Durham afforded Brennan enough time to discuss A LOT more than the future of his companies.
