I would think that an EIGHT hour interview with Durham afforded Brennan enough time to discuss A LOT more than the future of his companies.

My point was not that they discussed his companies.

My point was that his companies as well as many other things could be under investigations not related to Friday's discussion....Therefore Friday's discussion could have been about a matter in which Brennan was not a target, but just a knowledgeable witness.

For instance he could have been questioned about FBI activities, the Halper mystery or any number of things.

If so, advising him that he is not under investigation in Friday's meeting does not alter the fact that he is under investigation on other matters.

In short, talking to the FBI thinking you are smarter than they and have nothing to worry about has its hazards.

Ask General Flynn or Marth Stewart how they feel about it.
