...Harris -- this is not the same thing..
Six years ago, in fact, we had a different health crisis, it was called Ebola. We all remember that pandemic, but you know what happened then? Barack Obama and Joe Biden did their job, only two people in the United States died. Two. That is whats called leadership...
[..."aerosols or droplets were likely involved in transmission, but that they could not rule out other routes. Its important to note here that aerosol and droplet transmission, do not airborne transmission make. Inhaling droplets in close proximity is not what airborne means, an issue thats been covered by me and others in detail. The 2012 pig study is an excellent peer-reviewed scientific study, but if you read it closely you will see that it doesnt directly show that Ebola Zaire was transmitted from pigs to monkeys via an airborne route, and it certainly doesnt tell us anything about human to human transmission.]

"Barack Obama and Joe Biden did their job."
I don't remember ANY widespread health precautions being implemented back then. No one was asked to wear special clothing like masks, to avoid certain behaviors, to avoid crowds, to shutter their businesses, or to adopt a special hygiene regimen.

Exactly. And people with Ebola were not infectious until they had it.
Meanwhile if H1N1 was as silent and virulent as Covid, the US death rate would've been staggering.
