It’s not a protest if you’re blocking traffic.
It’s a riot.
If they want to do a single march that happens to obstruct some traffic for a limited period, that’s one thing. It’s when the purpose of such activities becomes intermittent obstruction over the long term that there is a problem.
They could walk on the CTA tracks and dodge trains and the third rail...

Hopefully they will succeed in pissing off commuters from Englewood and manage to get some of their sorry asses run over or shot.
Been there a few times. It is mostly elevated, as I recall, not easy for pedestrians to get on or off of. I guess the idea is to stop traffic and instigate some kinds of trouble. Why else do it there?
The only way to stop these riots is to terminate housing, food stamp, and other federal benefits, as well as force the wireless companies to terminate cell phone service of the rioters.
Blocking a highway and holding motorists against their will is NOT peaceful
