problem is that the people who will be hired to fill their positions will be heavily minority, even though there are few blacks in Portland, the leftists will see to it that the number of black cops is proportionally much much larger than their actual presence in the city....
funny how that works...
but no one talks about the over presence of blacks in certain areas...far above 13%....govt jobs, military, entertainment of all stripes....and lets not forget the professional sport leagues...
in my area, there is probably less than 4% black population and yet we now have TWO radio stations devoted to them exclusively...
